Abstract
This research aims to know the morphometric and genetic characters of fruit fly Bactrocera dorsalis complex that originated from the citrus plantations that be found in Simalungun district, North Sumatera province. This investigation goals also in understanding the relationship among body length of fruit flies and its other morphological characters. The sampling of fruit flies has been done on the citrus crops that located in Baringin Raya village. The fruit flies were collected by using steiner traps that be given with methyl eugenol lure on cotton. The fruit fly identification was carried out by morphology and DNA barcoding approaches. The morphological characters that be observed under Stereo Zeiss-Stemi 2000-C microscope and measured were body length (Y), wing length (X1), wing width (X2) and tibia hind leg length (X3). DNA barcoding working was done by isolation, amplification, sequencing steps and blasting by using MEGA 11 software. Morphometric traits and its relationship were analyzed by helping of software IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The result of investigation showed that the fruit flies that be collected from Simalungun distric citrus crops based on morphology and be confirmed by DNA Barcoding (mt COI) approaches belong to Bactrocera dorsalis complex. The mean of the body length, wing length, wing width, and tibia length of obtained fruit flies Bactrocera dorsalis complex (n=30) were 6.91, 6.36, 2.43 and 1.98 mm, respectively. The multiple linier regression equation among body length of fruit fly (Y) (n=30) toward its other morphological traits (X1-X3) was displayed by equation Y = 0.24 X1+ 0.58 X2 + 3.91 (R=0.85). The length of mtCOI DNA sequence of obtained fruit fly was 690 bp and dominated by Pyrimidine concentration 50.5%. The concentration of T(U), C, A and G nucleotides in the mtCOI sequence were 32.50%, 17.90%, 31.50%, and 18.0%, respectively.

Universitas Negeri Medan
Abstract
The ability of Medan State University Sports Science students in volleyball refereeing material is still lacking, so on the basis of this problem the development of interactive multimedia-based volleyball refereeing teaching materials is carried out. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive multimedia-based teaching materials so that students can use them as independent lecture teaching materials. To develop this teaching material the model used is the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 stages. However, in this article, only the results from stage one to stage five are presented. This research was conducted from March to June 2022. The tools used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Then the technique for analyzing the data obtained is using the percentage formula.
The expected result of the research is to see the level of feasibility of the material as an efficient and useful teaching material based on expert judgment. There are three experts involved in assessing the feasibility of the teaching materials, namely two materials experts and 1 media expert. The expert assessment of material one gave scores on interactive multimedia-based volleyball refereeing teaching materials with a percentage of 92.5% in the very good category, material two experts gave scores on interactive multimedia-based volleyball refereeing teaching materials with a percentage of 87.5% in the very good and expert categories. the media gives value to the teaching materials for volleyball refereeing based on interactive multimedia with a percentage of 87.5% in the very good category. Based on this percentage, it can be stated that from the conceptual aspect of interactive multimedia-based volleyball refereeing teaching materials, it is feasible to continue with empirical testing. Thus, these teaching materials need to be continued with small-scale field tests and large-scale field tests to test the feasibility of these teaching materials from the aspect of use.

Abstract
Artificial flowers are imitations of natural flowers used for commercial or residential decoration. Room decoration includes floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, furniture, and accessories. While artificial flowers are one of the accessories used as elements of room decoration. Artificial flower vases can not be separated from the flowers. If the artificial flower is not given a vase, then he will look like a pile of garbage that will be thrown away. Therefore, lovers of artificial flowers are also looking for various alternative forms of vases that match the flowers. There are artificial flower vases made of plastic, glass, porcelain, and clay. Industrial flower vases are generally made in plain form, without decoration. In addition, it also does not have many colors, but tends to be monochrome. Therefore, artificial flower vases can be decorated to make it look more aesthetic, and support the appearance of the flower itself. Researchers on this occasion made the development of artificial flower vase decorations with traditional North Sumatran ornaments. The purpose of using traditional ornaments as decoration is one of the efforts to revitalize the past culture so that it can be preserved in the future. Apart from that, I want to create a space decoration product that is characterized by the North Sumatra region. The orientation of this development is as an attraction for tourists who come to North Sumatra to have souvenirs with local characteristics.

Abstract
Financial performance is an indicator of the health of a business. This study looks at the perspective of organizational capability, organizational learning, and business ages in supporting the financial performance of small and medium enterprises in the production sector in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and is carried out from August 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. The population used in this study is all SMEs registered in Medan, with a total of 259,812 business actors. In addition, the sampling technique used is a stratified random sample so that all business sizes are represented. The questionnaire instrument was used by distributing it by sending letters to business actors. In this case, as many as 700 business actors from various business sizes have sent back the questionnaire, of which 575 business actors returned the questionnaire with complete answers. There is one endogenous variable (financial performance), two exogenous variables (organizational capacity and organizational learning), and one moderator variable (business ages). This study carries three research hypotheses- the data analysis technique used is the structural equation modeling partial least square with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Based on the calculation results, it is found that two research hypotheses are accepted, where learning organization and organizational capacity affect business financial performance, with P Values of 0.026 and 0.000, respectively. These results indicate that organizational capability and learning are crucial in supporting SMEs in the third largest city and the economic gateway to the western region of Indonesia (Medan City). Meanwhile, one research hypothesis with P Values 0.566 was rejected: the moderating effect of business ages between organizational learning and financial performance.
