DEVELOPMENT OF TABLE TENNIS TOOLS FOR BEGINNING PLAYERS Universitas Negeri Medan Abstract Many schools in North Sumatra Province do not have complete table tennis equipment that can be used to support table tennis learning. On the basis of these problems, this research was conducted with the aim of developing learning tools that can be used to improve students^ skills in the technique of hitting table tennis. The method used in this research is the Borg and Ghall research and development model which consists of ten steps. However, the results of the research discussed in this article only arrive at the results of expert evaluations. There are three experts involved in evaluating the developed tools, namely media experts and material experts. This research was conducted for 2 months. The data collection technique used questionnaires and interviews and the data were analyzed using the percentage formula.
