This research was conducted to determine the relationship between leg length and leg power with crescent kick speed. The research design used is cross sectional and uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach with test and measurement data collection techniques. The sample in this study were 15 athletes from Ungaran Silat Club using a total sampling sample. In this study, data processing used SPSS with data analysis, namely univariate to determine the mean, median and mode values, bivariate to determine the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable, multivariate analysis which aims to determine the relationship between leg length and leg power with crescent kik speed. The results of this study are: there is a significant relationship between leg length and crescent kick speed of P-Value 0,004, there is a significant relationship between leg power and crescent kick speed of Ungaran Silat Club Semarang district athletes P-Value 0,001 and there is a significant relationship between leg length and leg power with crescent kick speed of Ungaran Silat Club athletes 0,001 and the percentage of the influence of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is equal to 92,1%. In this study, there is a relationship between leg length and leg power with crescent kick speed of Ungaran Silat Club athletes in Semarang Regency.

Abstract
Background: Sport is a programmed and measurable activity both physically, technically, tactically, psychologically athletes. Especially for achievement sports, the dose of training must be appropriate including the psychological needs of athletes. Based on this, the psychological abilities of athletes must be measured with valid and reliable instruments. Indonesian national athletes are elite athletes who need authentic data about their psychological skills that are tailored to their sports. The psychological skills Inventory for sports instrument developed by Mahoney successfully revealed the psychological skills of elite and non-elite athletes in the United States who performed at the Olympics. Based on this, the researcher adopted the instrument to be used on Indonesian national athletes, because in sports achievement, especially during competition, psychological skills are very dominant in influencing athlete performance.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to adopt and validate The Psychological Skills Inventory for Sport instrument developed by Mahoney to be used to measure the psychological characteristics of Indonesian national athletes, both elite and non-elite athletes.
Methods: This study uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were 324 PON athletes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and found a sample of 76 athletes determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses The Psychological Skills Inventory for Sport instrument which is adopted and will be validated consisting of 44 statement items. The instrument validation stage includes content validation and empirical validation. Content validation uses four experts who are experts in their fields, namely English experts, Indonesian language experts, and sports psychology experts. Empirical validation uses field trials directly to national athletes competing in the PON national sports week. The instrument to be validated consists of six psychological aspects, namely motivation, self-confidence, mental preparation, anxiety control, team cohesiveness, and concentration. Data analysis techniques using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
Results: The results of the study found 38 valid and reliable items. The validity obtained is 0.227
- 0.714, which fulfills the validity coefficient value of 0.21 to> 0.35. The reliability obtained is the Cronbach^s alpha value of 0.890 which illustrates the reliability value of the instrument is suitable for use.
Conclusion: Based on the validation and reliability results obtained, it can be concluded that The Psychological Skills Inventory for Sport is an instrument that is feasible to use to measure the psychological characteristics of Indonesian national athletes.

Jenderal Soedirman University
Abstract
Taekwondo martial arts is a means of supporting fitness improvement. The specific aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the intensity of routine taekwondo training and the level of physical fitness in achievement class athletes at the Satria Taekwondo Academy Purwokerto Club. The research method used is quantitative correlational without providing any particular threats to the research sample. In this research, the data referred to is data obtained using survey methods, data collection using tests and measurements. This research data consists of physical fitness as measured by MFT (multi stage fitness test) and taekwondo training as measured by questionnaires. The age range of respondents who took part in this research ranged from 11-19 years. The subjects of this research were 30 athletes from the Satria Taekwondo Academy Soedirman club achievement class. Of the 30 respondents, there were 16 respondents (53.30%) aged 11-13 years, 8 respondents (26.70%) aged 14-16 years, 6 respondents (20.00%) aged 17-19. The average age of respondents is 13 years. The number of subjects of 30 athletes whose VO2Mox was included in Very Good status was 4 or 13.3%, Good 8 athletes (26.7%), Average or the best was 15 athletes (50%). The conclusion of this research is that the average intensity at the routine level following technical training must be maintained to be able to support improving athlete performance, while VO2Max in performance class athletes is at an average fitness level so it needs to be increased further.

Universitas Jenderal Soedirman
Abstract
This study aims to identify Body Composition consisting of Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage using the Healthy Fitness Zone norm of the fitnessgram with the risk of injury to high school basketball players. This study uses a descriptive correlational research method, the research sample is students of Physical Education Program selected using all population of 70 students who joined Basketball course. The research instruments used were body composition measurements using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) and Functional Movement Screening (FMS) tests for risk of injury. The results showed that the measurement of the Body Mass Index of students who joined basketball course was in the Healthy Fitness Zone criteria of 77%. The percentage of body fat of students is mostly within the criteria of Healthy Fitness Zone 49 students (77%) and multiple correlation value (R) = 0.674 and sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 then the relationship is significant, or it can be stated that there is a significant relationship between Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage with Functional Movement Screening. The results of the regression test show that the value of R square = 0.454, the magnitude of the relationship between Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage with Functional Movement Screening is 45.4% while the remaining 64.6% is influenced by other factors.

1Jeneral Soedirman University, Indonesia
2Semarang State University, Indonesia
Abstract
Based on theoretical studies, test instruments for basic sepak takraw techniques are mostly made based on the youth or student category, so there are still minimal test instruments for children, especially girls. Thus, it is necessary to develop a special test instrument for female athletes aged 10-12 years. The aim of this research is to produce a form of instrument development for basic technical skills tests for sepak takraw athletes, which include sepak sila, sepak kura, memaha, and heading.
The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The data collection technique used questionnaires and tests with a sample of 26 female sepak takraw athletes, namely 11 athletes for small-scale trials and 15 athletes for large-scale trials. The questionnaire and test results will be analyzed using validity and reliability tests, then categorization will be sought.
The result of this research is the creation of a basic sepak takraw technique test instrument for female athletes aged 10-12 years, along with categorization norms which are outlined in a book.
The conclusion of this research is the preparation of basic sepak takraw technical skills test instruments for female athletes aged 10-12 years and the preparation of basic sepak takraw technique test category norms which include the sepak sila, sepak kura, memaha and heading techniques for female athletes aged 10-12 year
