Abstract

The development of information technology has had a positive impact on mathematics learning, particularly in the form of electronic learning resources. Additionally, integrating local wisdom (culture) as a learning context can help students grasp mathematical concepts while reinforcing the Pancasila Student Profile. This study aims to determine the impact of electronic module learning based on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) and local wisdom on rational number learning outcomes in upper-level schools, with the goal of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. The research method used was descriptive, aiming to illustrate the impact of electronic module learning on rational number outcomes in class VII of SMPN 1 Bengkulu City. The subjects consisted of 38 students from class VII.4 at SMPN 1 Bengkulu City, with the study conducted during the 2024-2025 Odd Semester. The research instrument consisted of 13 essay questions on rational numbers, all of which were valid with an r range of 0.349373 to 0.853427. The test set was reliable with r = 0.871369. Data were analyzed using t-tests and N-Gain analysis. The data were normally distributed and homogeneous, with p (Sig.) = 0.167 > 0.05 and p (Sig.) = 0.433 > 0.05. The results indicated a significant difference in rational number learning outcomes between students taught using the electronic modules based on TaRL and local wisdom and those taught using conventional methods, with a significance value of 0.038 and an N-Gain of 0.70, categorized as high improvement. The average pretest score was 36.324, while the posttest score was 76.162. The study concluded that electronic module learning based on Teaching at the Right Level and local wisdom positively impacts rational number learning outcomes in upper-level schools and effectively strengthens the Pancasila Student Profile, with a high category of improvement.
