Thank you for the question, Mr. Yudi Kurniawan, Here is my answer:
1. These findings offer organizations strategic insights for improving performance by
enhancing commitment, fostering effective communication, and promoting OCB
behaviors in the workplace.
2. The new thing is that it might be possible to develop communication aspects as
new variables for research, besides that, because these are security employees
who are the object of research, there is a high OCB because in terms of
knowledge they cannot compete in other industries.
