thanks for the question, permission to answer the phenomenon that occurs includes
increased job stress due to high work demands, such as increased patient load. This has
the potential to cause burnout among medical personnel, which is characterized by
emotional exhaustion and decreased emotional (affective) commitment to the hospital.
Strong organizational support, including psychological support and recognition of
employees, can help reduce the negative impact of stress and burnout. In addition,
work-life balance challenges can exacerbate stress and burnout conditions, making it
important for hospitals to implement support programs and work flexibility to improve
employee well-being and their commitment to the organization.
