thank you for your question. Organizational support plays an important role in helping
employees manage stress and burnout by providing emotional, instrumental resources
and a conducive work environment. With this support, employees feel valued and their
well-being is prioritized, which can increase their resilience to work pressures. Adequate
support also helps reduce feelings of being overwhelmed, so employees are better able
to maintain work-life balance and lower their risk of burnout, which in turn has a
positive impact on their commitment and productivity. Yes, there are forms of
organizational support such as access to adequate resources and training, helping
employees cope more effectively with task challenges.
