Local Economic Innovation and Energy Efficiency with the Bootstrap-Based WarungRakyat Web Application Diky Firdaus

Abstract
Food security is a strategic issue in the development of a country, especially developing countries, because it has a dual role as one of the main development targets and one of the main instruments of economic development. In our research, we created an application prototype that would ideally be used by community-owned cooperatives with the aim of assisting in the process of developing the people^s economy. This was done to increase awareness of the environmental pillars for the welfare of the community. Rukun Tetangga (RT) is part of the government structure in a village. It is hoped that economic growth at the RT level can create independence in the rural or sub-district economy, thus strengthening the main instrument for the nation^s economic development. Building technological infrastructure at the environmental level, apart from being part of rural economic development efforts, can also reduce the energy used in transportation, where the distribution of goods to consumers does not have to use gasoline or electricity-powered transportation because the distance is relatively affordable. The Basket marketing system is a model that is possible to implement and requires further research aimed at building IT infrastructure to complete sustainable activities in supporting the economic development process at the RT level, by empowering the web-based ^WarungRakyat^ application through a bootstrap approach that is responsive to all screens. This research uses the Research and Development method through an object-oriented modeling approach that compares conventional process business models with modified system process business models.
