Abstract
Abstract: Advances in renewable technology can encourage high levels of innovation, adaptation, coordination and collaboration to reduce energy use. The internet can be said to be a ^savior^ in our activities, collecting various information, making it easier to do difficult things and even though we don^t know anything about the internet, in the end it helps improve our lives. This research aims to determine the influence of Green Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on the sustainability of employee performance as mediated by Knowledge Management. The respondents for this research were 168 Telecommunication Access implementing officers in North Jakarta using a quantitative approach. Sample measurements use saturated samples. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The data collection method uses a survey method, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The findings of this research prove that green transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the sustainability of employee performance. Green Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on Knowledge Management. Knowledge Management has no effect on the sustainability of employee performance. Knowledge Management does not mediate the influence of Organizational Commitment on the sustainability of employee performance. Knowledge Management does not mediate the influence of green Transformational Leadership on the sustainability of employee performance. The authenticity of the research, green transformational leadership generally increases the sustainability of employee performance even though employees are in conditions of excessive workload.
