Abstract
Employee Green Behavior is very important in creating corporate sustainable performance. Organizational are expected to be more responsible in increasing their role and environmental awareness through Knowledge Management & Innovation Culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management, innovation culture and employee green behavior on corporate sustainability with top management support as a moderating variable at PT PERTAMINA. This research done with Quantitative Method using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with software Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study was a sample of 200 people and the sampling technique is random sampling. The results show that 1) Knowledge management, innovation culture and Employee Green Behaviour influence corporate sustainable performance. 2) Employee Green Behaviour mediates the influence of knowledge management & innovation culture on corporate sustainable performance. 3) Top Management Support moderates the influence of Employee Green Behaviour on corporate sustainable performance. Finally This study provides suggestions for organization providing ways to motivate Employee Green Behavior.
