Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analyst the impact of risk identification and mitigation on risk maturity mediated by internal audit at Fertilizer Factory. This research uses primary data with a questionnaire with respondents of employees of Fertilizer Factorywith the job ranges of middle and senior management. The data analysis method used is a quantitative approach to Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. (PLS). The results of the research resulted in risk identification and risk mitigation having a positive and significant relationship to internal audit. Internal audit moders the relationship between risk identification and risk mitigation towards risk maturity.
