Abstract
This research aims to analyze how to the innovative work behavior in saving electrical energy in the office refers to the willingness and ability of employees within the energy sector to engage in activities that lead to the generation, promotion, and implementation of new ideas, processes, products, or services that can contribute to the improvement or advancement of the organization. Innovative work behavior is crucial in the energy sector due to the ever-evolving nature of the industry, technological advancements, and the need to address challenges such as sustainability, efficiency, and renewable energy sources. The research method used is a quantitative method using a sample of 100 employees, and hypothesis testing using smart PLS. The results of this research can provide suggestions for saving electrical energy in the office so that organizational sustainability can be achieved and anticipation of global climate change.
