Abstract
This research was conducted to describe and analyze the Implementation of Education in the Era of Special Autonomy (Study of the Role of Local Government in Supporting Education at SMK Negeri 2 Business and Management in Jayapura City). The research approach in this dissertation uses qualitative research, which is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through quantification procedures, statistical calculations, or other forms of methods that use numbers. The key informant in this research is the Regional Government of Jayapura City. The data analysis model used in this study is an interactive data analysis technique developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely data is collected, data is presented, data is reduced, data withdrawal/venification and data conclusions are drawn.
