Abstract

The government is currently intensively improving the tourism sector, especially tourist villages. For example, there is one village that has now succeeded in exploring the tourism potential in its village. This village can even become an independent village and dubbed as a billionaire village. The name of the village is Sekapuk Village which is precisely located in Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This study aims to determine and analyze the use of former stone excavations into natural tourism after the village^s original income in a green economy perspective. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this study is natural tourism in the perspective of green economy towards increasing the original income of the village. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and literature studies. The result of this research is that Setigi Nature Tourism is a tourist destination that adheres to the principle of green economy that is able to build a beautiful village tourism and can be known to foreign countries. With tourism development, not only the economic problems of the community can be solved, the existence of tourism also affects the original income of the village. There needs to be a new innovation and promotion so that natural tourism can be more developed and advanced.
