Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of knowledge sharing, transformational leadership, responsible leadership, and servant leadership on employee performance as mediated by organizational culture. This research will be conducted at PT Pertamina^s subsidiary, Perta Arun GAS (PAG). This research will use quantitative research methods, and data will be collected through survey questionnaires. The sample size will be analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM)-Lisrel. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into the importance of knowledge sharing, transformational leadership, responsible leadership, and servant leadership on employee performance as mediated by organizational culture. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of training and organizational development programs that are more effective in improving employee performance
