The Effect of Knowledge Sharing, Transformational Leadership, Responsible Leadership, and Servant Leadership on Employee Performance, Mediated by Organizational Culture Doctor of Management Science Study Programme, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga Abstract This study aims to investigate the influence of knowledge sharing, transformational leadership, responsible leadership, and servant leadership on employee performance as mediated by organizational culture. This research will be conducted at PT Pertamina^s subsidiary, Perta Arun GAS (PAG). This research will use quantitative research methods, and data will be collected through survey questionnaires. The sample size will be analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM)-Lisrel. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into the importance of knowledge sharing, transformational leadership, responsible leadership, and servant leadership on employee performance as mediated by organizational culture.
