Abstract
ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to develop and evaluate learning media. The purpose of learning at universities is generally committed to producing a project as an outcome- this research aims to develop learning media to make it easier for students to produce a project. The media used are pocketbooks and video tutorials, evaluation tools including expert validation instruments, practical test instruments, and learning outcomes. Learning media development declared suitable for use was identified through validity testing, implementation trials, and effectiveness. The results of the evaluation gave a positive value to the quality of the learning media. This study shows that the ADDIE model can provide data that can be used to inform the quality of learning media.
