Development of Outcome-Based Education Concepts in Elementary School Physical Education Courses Khairul Usman (a), Demmu Karo-karo (b), Wesly Silalahi (c)

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop the concept of Physical Education Courses with the concept of Outcome Based Education (OBE) in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The OBE concept is applied by using technology as a lecture companion. The research method applied is Research and Development Design Borg and Gall. The results showed that 92% of physical education courses were applied in accordance with Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) in line with the competence of Study Program graduates. The conclusion of the study shows that the development of courses is in accordance with OBE and has conformity with the competence of graduates to become elementary school teachers.
