Abstract
This study aims to determine the development process and the feasibility of teaching material based HOTS in School Based Management course to improve students 4C skills in learning at PGSD FIP Unimed. This research method is Research & Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires.
The data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique. Based on the research data analysis result, it was stated that the first design validation obtained a score of 123 with a feasibility percentage of 82% which was included in the very feasible with revision criteria. After the revision, the second design validation got a score of 131 with a feasibility percentage of 87% which was included in the very feasible criteria. Furthermore, the first material validation obtained a score of 167 with a feasibility percentage of 84% which was included in the very feasible with revision criteria. After the revision, the second material validity got a score of 177 with a feasibility percentage of 89% which was included in the very feasible criteria. So, it can be concluded that the teaching material based HOTS in School Based Management course developed have very feasible criteria for use in learning to improve the 4C skills of PGSD FIP Unimed students.
