The Influence of Passion, Persistence and Effort on Creative Performance Through Entrepreneurial Intention Mediation In Creative Preneur Students In Semarang (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) Faculty of Economic, Semarang University Abstract By linking the younger generation, the demographic bonus phenomenon and efforts to strengthen the economic structure, the potential for creativepreneurs has a strategic position. Universities play a role in preparing their graduates to be ready to become creativepreneurs who tend to think out of the box. From the theoretical study, a hypothesis was built that there is a relationship between passion, persistence, effort, entrepreneurial intention, and creative performance. So that research is conducted to prove the positive influence of independent variables (passion, persistence, effort) on dependent variables (creative performance) directly and through mediating variables (entrepreneurial intention).
