Abstract
In this paper, we introduce an ordinal index of a sequence of real-valued functions on a metrizable space, called the stably convergence index. The stably convergence index has some similar properties with convergence index. We also prove that for any ordinal number 𝛽-<𝜔-1, using stably convergence index, we obtain a finer gradation on the class of all real-valued functions with convergence index 𝛽-.
