Abstract
Braid theory, rooted in algebraic topology, provides a robust framework for understanding complex patterns and sequences in mathematical models. Recent advancements have shown its potential in modeling the progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer^s. In this study, we explore how braid theory can be connected to mathematical network models. By leveraging braid diagrams, we analyze and visualize the dynamics of disease progression. In this talk, we would like to raise a concern that there is a chance to understand more braid theory from a dynamical system perspective, providing a fresh outlook using braid theory.
