Abstract
A semester learning plan, or RPS, is a learning planning document prepared to guide lecturers and students in one semester^s lecture activities. RPS contains information about course identity, learning outcomes, course descriptions, learning plans, assessments, and bibliography. Many lecturers at Manado State Polytechnic still need to prepare RPS according to the applicable format. This makes it difficult for leaders to evaluate learning outcomes and, of course, affects the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the RPS monitoring system is needed to improve the quality of learning and the quality of graduates. The system will record RPS data for each lecturer based on the courses taught in the current semester. Lecturers who have not submitted their RPS will be blocked from the implementation schedule. The schedule will be valid when the course RPS has been registered in the system and approved by the head of the study program. Development of the RPS Monitoring System using a Waterfall research approach. Based on the test results, this Monitoring System can be used easily (user-friendly), and based on system testing on the hosting server, we get a 100% success rate for up to 2500 users.
