Abstract
This study discusses the problems that exist in the community, especially for SMEs in the fishing industry. The problem is the availability of valid, transparent, and balanced information so the stakeholders such as consumers or exporters can track (forward) the whereabouts of the position of goods through a smartphone installed with the Android application. Furthermore, a tracing (backward) process is needed to ensure the quality of the goods that arrive in the hands of consumers. The quality of goods is very important, especially for perishable goods. This is because in the process of transporting frozen food, in this case tilapia and gourami, they require a transportation process using a cold chain system that can be monitored through the application. So which parties do not apply clear procedures, or SOPs, can be known through the information system. The goal is customer satisfaction with the quality of goods and delivery information. The urgency of this research is the need for an information system for stakeholders (parties in the supply chain) that is valid, transparent, and uses the latest technology, namely blockchain. Supply chain processes are the daily operations of the company and are routine and repetitive activities, so it is important that these activities run as effectively and efficiently as possible. The use of big data, AI, and automation so far has not been effective because each actor uses their own database
