Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is crucial in enhancing the quality of educational services in higher education. As a significant asset, ICT must be managed effectively to ensure that institutions benefit from their investments in this field. ICT management ensures alignment with higher education^s vision, mission, and objectives in implementing Tri dharma. Furthermore, it aims to sustain ICT-based educational services over the long term. Various approaches, such as Enterprise Architecture (EA), have been developed for ICT governance. However, choosing the right framework and starting point can be challenging for higher education institutions. Therefore, this study aims to propose a blueprint for implementing ICT governance using the TOGAF framework, focusing on a case study of the online learning system (e-learning) at Bandung State Polytechnic (Polban).
