Abstract
Cases of lost pets, especially cats, are on the rise. This is a cause for concern, as cats are susceptible to disease and difficult to locate. A cat health monitoring and location tracking system is designed to address the problem. The system uses LoRa technology and fuzzy logic to monitor the cat^s body temperature and pulse rate as key health indicators. Sensor data is sent to the server via LoRa and stored in a database. A Telegram bot is then used to provide health and location information about the cat to the user on demand. The tests showed high accuracy. The temperature sensor achieved 99.7% accuracy for healthy cats and 99.77% for unhealthy cats. The pulse sensor had an error of 3.07% compared to the smartphone application. The GPS module had an average distance difference of 3.10 meters with Google Maps. The system offers an effective solution to monitor the health and location of cats, helping owners keep track of their pets and provide proper care when needed.
