Analysis of Student Leave Submission System Based on Cloud Server at Manado State Polytechnic Anthoinete Waroh, Sulastri Eksan, Ottopianus Melolo, Eliezer Rongre

Abstract
Currently, Manado State Polytechnic has several information systems that are intended to improve operational service activities, such as the Polimdo Website, SIM Polimdo, P3M Polimdo and P4M Polimdo, SimPeg, SPMB Polimdo. All of these systems run well according to their respective functions. However, there are still several units whose activities are still carried out manually or still need to be systematic, so they require a lot of time to manage. One of them is the student leave application activity. Therefore, the author designed and created a student leave application system to facilitate employees and students. This system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL Query. In the final testing stage, the author used the black box method to test software functionality and the cloud server to determine whether the system was suitable. In the black box test results, all functions ran well, and in the server test, the total request was 44,570, the server was still detected typically, and there was no failure/error report.
