Abstract
This Study aim For analyze influence business development, such as capital, location business , and innovation product to increase income of participating MSMEs in the Ahad Festival in Lhokseumawe City. Study This use method qualitative descriptive with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Research sample consists of the 177 MSMEs at the Lhokseumawe City the member of Ahad Festival. Data collection techniques were carried out with questionnaire that uses Likert scale for measure perception respondents regarding capital, location business , and innovation product . Research result This show that indicators development business own significant influence to increase MSME income All variables tested provide impact for development of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City Findings from study This expected can support effort sustainable and effective development of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe City , with focus on optimization influencing factors success business.
