Abstract
Building infrastructure management in the modern era faces complex challenges, especially in PENS PSDKU Lamongan campus buildings, such as monitoring, control, and resource efficiency. This research proposes a Digital Twin Living solution that integrates Digital Twin technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time monitoring, energy control, and efficient management. The solution involves the implementation of Digital Twin with accurate virtual models connected to IoT sensors such as doors, kWh meters, and CCTV. Through the Home Assistant platform, the solution enables 3D visualization, integration with Smart Home, and automation settings. Controlled experiments demonstrated the effectiveness of this solution in improving energy management, security, and building comfort. The experimental results show a better understanding of resource usage, providing opportunities for operational optimization and smart decision-making. The Digital Twin implementation extends functionality by integrating automation settings and device control through 3D visualization. Controlled experiments tested the effectiveness of the solution in energy management, security, and building comfort. The experimental results show that Digital Twin provides a better understanding of resource usage, enabling building managers to optimize operations and make smarter decisions. This research makes a significant contribution in addressing the challenges of building infrastructure management with an integrated and technology-driven approach.
