Abstract
This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy, quality of sources human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge on development MSMEs in Tanggulangin District, East Java Province, Indonesia.This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were food processing industry entrepreneurs registered with the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs, Sidoarjo Regency, Tanggulangin District, which listed 315 SMEs. The sample in this study were 276 business actors who were obtained through the accidental sampling technique and the SmartPLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results show that the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Tanggulangin District
