Abstract
Indonesian government initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth by 2024 has the goal of growing new entrepreneurs and increase competitiveness of small and medium industries. Consequently, evaluating the performance of student entrepreneurs has become crucial. This research assesses tenant business performance within the Wirausaha Merdeka program by using the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM) 2020 framework with Result, Approach, Deploy, Assessment & Refinement (RADAR) logic. The objective is to identify business tenant strengths, weaknesses, and recommend improvements based on priority areas. The findings indicate that most student entrepreneurs primarily focus on product and process development, with a smaller group adopting a system-oriented approach. To improve tenant overall performance, recommendations for improvements are targeted to EFQM criteria with low scores, Driving Performance & Transformation, Organizational Culture & Leadership, and Engaging Stakeholders.
