Abstract
This research was conducted to further test how the effect of Additional Employee Income (TPP) and motivation on performance through employee engagement in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Ponorogo Regency. In this study, the population in question was all State Civil Apparatuses who already had structural and functional ranks in Ponorogo Regency, while the sample was 99 ASN taken from all UPDs in Ponorogo Regency. Data processing from the questionnaire utilizes the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The test results show that TPP has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The direct effect of motivation on Employee Engagement shows a positive value, which means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The direct effect of TPP on Employee Engagement shows that TPP has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, Employee Engagement on employee performance shows a positive and significant value.
