Abstract
This study aimed to describe organizational culture, organizational citizenship behaviour, and knowledge sharing in RSPAU Indonesia, determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour on knowledge sharing and staff performance, analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on staff performance, and determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour, on performance through knowledge sharing at RSPAU Indonesia. The research population in this study were all members of the operational medical, nursing and other health workers of RSPAU in Indonesia, with a sample of 167 members. This study uses descriptive analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study show that organizational culture can increase knowledge sharing by creating ideas based on suggestions and discussions regarding new things. Organizational citizenship behaviour can foster knowledge sharing by creating ideas based on suggestions and discussions, creating new things. Organizational culture can improve performance in both the quality and quantity of work and organizational citizenship behaviour, which can improve performance in both the quality and quantity of work. Organizational culture and organizational citizenship behaviour can create performance when supported through increased employee knowledge sharing. This research contributes to understanding the knowledge management theory in public sector organizations that focus on developing knowledge sharing and contributing to hospital leadership in improving staff performance.
