Abstract
study aims to analyze the influence of communication, coordination, and work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted in the Regional Police of Pamong Praja and Firefighters in Lamandau Regency, with a sample of 52 employees. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS software version 23. The results of the research indicate that effective communication, good coordination, and employee work discipline have a positive impact on the improvement of employee performance in the Regional Police of Pamong Praja and Firefighters in Lamandau Regency. The available media support greatly facilitates the communication process. Job alignment leads to increased performance, and a high sense of responsibility contributes to improved performance.
