Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of integrity, leadership style and work discipline on the performance of Civil Servants in Pulang Pisau Regency. It is a quantitative descriptive study with the population of 83 civil servants in Pulang Pisau Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census technique, namely the entire population was taken as a sample of 83 people. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Integrity, leadership style and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of Civil Servants in Pulang Pisau Regency, as seen from a significance number of 0.000<-=0.05. Partially integrity has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pulang Pisau Regency with significance of 0.027<-=0.05. Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pulang Pisau Regency with significance of 0.006<-=0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Pulang Pisau Regency of 0.004<-=0.05.
