Abstract
The demands of higher education are currently increasingly complex in providing technology and information-based services to students, lecturers, education staff and alumni who need services easily and quickly. One solution is to integrate through the Integrated Service Center, namely by developing digitalization services through the myITS Services platform. The initial stage of innovation is in legalization services, translating diplomas and graduation certificates independently. Plans for future innovation development in Human Capital, financial and cooperation services. The aim of this research is to analyze integrated service innovation at the ITS Integrated Service Center. This research uses qualitative methods and Albrecht and Zemke^s theory of public service innovation which is studied from technology-based services, human resources and service recipients. Data was obtained from observation, interviews and documentation with informants providing services and recipients. Miles and Huberman (2014) data analysis. The results of this research with the existence of myITS Services are able to answer the challenges of the need for integrated service innovation in the Integrated Service Center as a university in realizing digital transformation and as an effort to implement Good University Governance (GUG), but human resource values need readiness as a supporting and mentoring factor. for service recipients.
