THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, JOB COMPETENCIES AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job competencies and job satisfaction on the performance of the South Kalimantan Provincial Tourism Office employees. The research method used is explanatory research with the population of 90 employees of the South Kalimantan Provincial Tourism Office. In addition, saturated sample is employed to determine the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that good organizational culture supported by consistent and strong commitment to self-improvement has an impact on increasing employee performance. On the other hand, job competencies in terms of individual characteristics when employees carry out their work has a big impact on their performance. Moreover, satisfaction in terms of the number of awards given to the employees has an impact on increasing the performance of South Kalimantan Provincial Tourism Office employees.
