Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of social protection on community welfare in the Tomini Bay area. The data used are from the Central Statistics Agency for 2018-2022. The research employs the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) panel data. The study^s results indicate that social protection, namely non-cash food assistance (BPNT) programs and pension funds, positively affect the welfare of the people in the Tomini Bay area. Meanwhile, the Hope for Families (PKH) Program does not appear to impact the welfare of the people in the area. Therefore, the critical focus for improving welfare in the Tomini Bay area is improving the quality and quantity of the non-cash food assistance (BPNT) program and pension funds.
