Abstract
this study aims to investigate the influence of Servant Leadership on lecturer performance through organizational commitment in private tertiary institutions in Central Kalimantan. Based on the empirical phenomenon, it was found that there were many stagnant lecturer careers at certain ranks, this was indicated by the non-optimal performance of the Tri Dharma. This study uses a causality explanatory quantitative approach which explains the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. The population of this research was conducted on 232 certified lecturers in Central Kalimantan. The analysis technique using SEM Amos was carried out to analyze the direct and indirect effects of the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has no direct effect on lecturer performance. These results indicate that organizational commitment is able to fully mediate the influence of servant leadership on lecturer performance.
