Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the influence of job satisfaction variables in enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leader behavior variables in enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction and Leader behavior variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research population and sample, the research was conducted using statistical methods with samples taken from contractor companies affiliated with the Company Association, consisting of: large qualified contractor companies and medium qualified contractor companies. With a total of respondents taken from contractor companies using purposive sampling technique for each category within a target population.
In this study, correlational analysis was employed using the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) approach, which is an inventive approach to the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The utility of GSCA analysis is to derive a powerful structural model for predictive purposes.
