The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture And Work Motivation Through Job Satisfaction And Employee Engagement On Employee Performance In The Blitar City Government Universitas Merdeka Malang Abstract This research aims to analyze: 1) the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance, 3) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) the influence of style transformational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 5) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance through employee engagement. This research takes employees in the Blitar city government as objects. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method using Multivariate Analysis. Sampling from the research population was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique of 274 samples. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Smart PLS was used to test the research hypothesis. The research results show transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation influence job satisfaction and employee performance. This research also proves that job satisfaction influences employee performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance. Employee engagement strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. Overall, this research provides in-depth insight into the complexity of the relationship between transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee engagement, and employee performance in the Blitar City Government. It is hoped that this research can provide guidance for better policies and management practices, as well as contribute to achieving Sustainable Development goals at the local level.
