Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing on hotel Strategic HRM, analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing on hotel performance, analyze the influence of strategic HRM on organizational performance, and analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing on hotel performance through strategic HRM.
Strategic HRM should cooperate with hotel management to build a strong knowledge culture. This can be achieved through activities such as employee training and development, workshops, team meetings, and discussion forums to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among employees. provide superior service to guests, and stay competitive in the hospitality industry.
This study is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 185 employees. The analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM).
The results of the analysis show that Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing have an effect on the hotel^s strategic HRM. Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing affect hotel performance. Strategic HRM influences organizational performance. Intellectual Capital and knowledge sharing affect hotel performance through strategic HRM. By increasing employee knowledge and skills and encouraging collaboration and continuous learning, hotels can improve organizational performance, provide superior service to guests, and stay competitive in the hospitality industry.
Future research should focus more on how to realize innovative products by utilizing information and communication technology. Strategic HRM should work closely with hotel management to build a strong knowledge culture. This can be achieved through activities such as employee training and development, workshops, team meetings, and discussion forums to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among employees
The results indicate that the number of publications is growing, and the management and business area is the one that contributes the most, with the countries that produce in co-authorship also providing the most publications.
