The purpose of the research is to conduct an in-depth study conducted in organizations in the public sector, to further prove the effect of leadership models and organizational culture on organizational commitment. This research method is conducted with a quantitative approach to prove the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in the population and sample in Government organizations. The sample observed was 184 central government employees, with the SEM Amos analysis technique, to test simultaneously the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously affect the increase in individual commitment to the organization.
