Abstract
Introduction: The aim of the research is to explore the success of implementing SNI ISO 9001:2015, SNI ISO 14001:2015, SNI ISO 37001 :2016 and SNI ISO 45001 :2018 for construction company at PT Tunas Jaya Sanur.
Method: Using a single case research design, by conducting interviews with managers and owner about how they run and apply SNI ISO.
Findings: The results show that it is not easy for managers, owner to run and apply the four SNI ISO management systems in their organization to the extent that they consider success, in this case the measure of success for managers and owner is directly related to economic, social, political and cultural. However, the business carried out can be self-sufficient (the organization) and also beneficial to other people and the organizational community in the construction sector.
Conclusion: That the successful implementation of the SNI ISO management system is driven by desire, hard work and awareness of the importance of maintaining and implementing appropriate requirements so that it can survive well in all factors, does not violate the system, remains confident, continues to try and continues to improve itself. It is hoped that the success of the implementation will become a role model for other companies in the same field and on the other hand can continue to be sustainable, especially supporting product differentiation.
