Abstract
This study aims to analyze the cultural literature of organizations in the tourism sector starting from the beginning of research on the topic to date (2023) through bibliometric analysis and visualization using Scopus database-based VOSviewer software. This study found that the publication trend on organizational culture and tourism simultaneously began in 1997 and showed an increase since 2017, where the most publications were carried out in the 2017-2023 range, which was 123 publications. The 3 countries that contributed research related to organizational culture and tourism were the United Kingdom, China and South Africa. This type of review document, written by Napier et al. in 2014, is the most cited publication. A total of 4 keyword clusters were generated using the VOSViewer application. The findings also indicate research topics that can be researched based on emerging keywords. In addition, it found authors and journals that contributed the most to the research topic of organizational culture and tourism and how they were connected. To the researchers^ knowledge, this study is the first study to conduct bibliometric analysis on organizational culture and tourism simultaneously, where 185 publications were examined systematically using bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer.
