INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE, REWARDS AND PUNISHMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN CLASS 1 IMMIGRATION OFFICES SURABAYA SPECIAL Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya Abstract This research aims to find out whether discipline, rewards and punishment influence employee performance at the Surabaya immigration office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The research subjects used a sample of 72 respondents. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling (random sampling). The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained based on the respondents answers to the questionnaire distributed by the researcher to the Immigration Office Employees Surabaya. Data is processed using SPSS Version 25. The results of the study concluded that the Work Discipline, the Reward, the Punishment and the employee performance were stated to be valid and reliable. So it is obtained from the simultaneous test (f test) that the independent variables consisting of work discipline, reward and punishment together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) explain that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously obtains an adjusted R square value of 64.2%. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) it can be seen that the variables of Work Discipline, Reward, and Punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Discipline, Rewards, Punishment and Employee Performance Topic: Human resources management |
