Abstract

The global pandemic has forced experimentation in the workplace and drastically changed Human Resources trends and priorities. The Human Resources industry faces the greatest pressure to change after 2020, besides that, human resources are also demanded during society 5.0 and industrial revolution 4.0. so that organizations are required to improve employee performance and must have ability For motivating his employees so that can beneficial For produce employees who have high competence. There are three types of abilities/ intelligence base, namely : Emotional Intelligence, Intelligence Intellectual Spiritual Intelligence . Intellectual intelligence contributes 20% in making an employee able to achieve success. That matter shows that 80% is influenced by other intelligence, namely intelligence emotional related psychological aspects of a person, mental condition, biological aspects and tendencies in action. Intelligence emotional nor spiritual intelligence, can create an environment in which employees can live it works comfortably. A person^s religiosity will then be reflected in behavior which may be reflected in their personality, social life and work life, so that a person^s level of religiosity is expected to have an impact on individual work behavior, because the values believed in. Employee behavior is influenced by the attitudes of their leaders, the behavior of a leader. become an example for his subordinates, especially the leader^s ability to develop and demonstrate character attitudes. In the process of forming behavior, it is influenced by the concepts and structural models applied by the organization, so that an organizational culture is formed. This research uses a quantitative approach, while the category of this research is associative causal to determine the influence between one variable and other variables that have a cause-and-effect relationship.
