Abstract

Legal research spans a variety of designs, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods approaches. Conducting a comprehensive literature review is a fundamental step in legal research. Legal research uses a variety of data collection methods, depending on the research design and objectives. Primary data collection techniques include interviews, surveys, observations, and case studies. In conclusion, legal research methodology involves careful planning, systematic data collection, rigorous analysis, and legal interpretation. Researchers use a variety of methods to investigate legal phenomena and contribute to the understanding and development of legal systems.
