Abstract
Problems that can be identified are related to the proposed activities, namely 1) the supply chain system for micro-enterprises in the market snack stall sector is not yet integrated, 2) the market stalls selling improvised food stalls without paying attention to the aesthetic aspect to attract consumer buying interest, 3) the product packaging of the snack stalls. the market is not yet uniform in terms of packaging and taste- 4) Limited market access due to not yet optimal marketing through social media and online, 5) There is no special institution that accommodates and fosters this sector in a structured and continuous manner.
The solutions to the problems offered from the proposed activities are: (i) places of sale or stalls that are considered representative to meet food hygiene standards in the form of booths or showcases- (ii) direct assistance and clinics in making labels, packaging food products to make them attractive- (iii) assistance in making product promotions in social and digital media- and (iv) initiation of the establishment of a cooperative institution so that the lapak business can continue to develop and progress.
The goal to be achieved from this activity is to find the right business model for business sustainability through the initiation of the formation of cooperatives and increasing production capacity by expanding marketing networks through offline and online media and providing donations and assistance in the form of booths or storefront showcases.
Specific targets to be achieved from all the proposed series of activities are as follows: 1) the Unisba PKM team can establish an integrated mobile business clinic as a sustainable service program by collaborating with the Bandung Chamber of Commerce and Industry, other business associations, 2) providing real assistance in the form of booths or a showcase with a trial run on a street food stall business, then the success is measured.
