MODEL E-GOVERNMENT: ANTI CORUPTION STRATEGY IN INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA Universitas Islam Bandung dan Universitas Utara Malaysia Abstract This study aims to build an e-government model as an anti-corruption strategy through the perspectives of religiosity. This study uses the implementation of e-government to explore the interaction between government and stakeholders in eradicating corruption through monitoring from the perspective of religious values, thus able to build a complete and comprehensive e-government model which is expected not only to provide services to the public in the form of a large variety of information but also to invite active public participation in eradicating corruption. This study was designed for two years. The objectives to be achieved from the first year research were to measure the insignificant interactions between the three interactions, namely Government to citizen (G2C)- Government to Business (G2B) and Government to Government (G2G) or Inter Agency Relationship using a questionnaire instrument and Focus Group Discussions. The second year research objective is to build an e-government model as an anti-corruption strategy in Indonesia and Malaysia through the pentahelix approach and religiosity.
